i donât think you do it 24/7 - just vent when you need to yo friends / family or whatever and then after you get the stress off your chest be like âbuuut i guess t could be a lot worseâ and think of one or two ways it could be worse or how youâre privileged to even consider certain things to be problematic while other people would die to be in your shoes idk
and when someone acts shitty just think maybe theyâre going through something bad and itâs just their defence mechanism for dealing with crap - doesnât make it OK but if itâs like once or twice just feel bad for them and hope they feel better and donât take it personally
