it doesn't make you weaker. You are physically week beforehand judging your body size, and if you decided to drop because of a little shake, then you're mentally weak as well.
Memphis just stick to water or an energy drink next time, caffeine can mess up your concentration and have the total opposite effect of what it's meant to do.
