Jerome, who initially only joined the soccer team to get girls, finally is getting noticed around school for his athletic ability. Jessi begins to notice this, and thinks that he could be her way to stay relevant. Jessi invites Jerome to a party, which Jerome enthusiastically accepts. Ashton, however, is upset, saying he shouldn't go because it is the night before their big soccer tournament. Jerome, feeling he can easily juggle both, decides to go party and have fun. Jessi and Jerome flirt and they decide to start going out. Jerome gets drunk and wakes up the next morning extremely hungover. He gets a phone call from Ashton, telling him he missed the tournament, and they were disqualified. Jerome tries apologizing but Ashton kicks Jerome off the team and tells Jerome to never speak to him again.
Katie Beth, hurt after Aaron's behavior, ices him out and only talks to Brooklyn and Ray. Brooklyn helps Ray ask Katie Beth out on a date, which she agrees to go on. Ray and Katie Beth's date goes amazingly, until Ray accidentally spills that he knew Aaron liked Katie Beth. Katie Beth throws water at Ray and spits in his face storming away in disgust. She approaches Aaron to talk to him, but catches Aaron and Jillian kissing again.
Conner helps protect Liam as Josie returns back to school. Josie, who swore revenge on Liam, learns it was Conner who told on her, and she confronts Conner and tells him she will destroy him. Conner, scared of what Josie might do, goes to his old friends Jessica and Oli for help. However, they both refuse to speak to each other and Conner is left clueless on what to do. As Conner is walking home, he is jumped and beaten severely and left on the concrete, where Jessica finds him. She calls for help and Oli comes rushing to help them. Jessica and Oli make up and help Conner to his house and attend to his wounds.
Loving all the storylines btw, love the detail and thought that has gone into them :)
