Here are a few things multiple people have said so I will respond to things that I don't think are going to work out as well as thank yous to things being brought to our attention
First, There was a suggestion about a full clue package. While I love this idea, as tengaged is much smaller than the real world, if we did much more than a sentence as a clue per week, it would become very obvious who each person is very quickly and that wouldn't be good in the long run.
Next, A lot of people commented on how short the performances were. For this round, they were all asked to give me about 30 seconds. This was because it was the first performance and I wasn't sure how the episodes would go. I thought it might seem boring to sit and stare at a picture while someone sings the whole time so. However after this suggestion, I will be doing probably 90 to 120 seconds for future rounds. Disclaimer however, the next few episodes will be similar to the first as it is still the first round of competing.
Next, I had suggestions from people to put usernames on the guesses. I think this is a great idea and I will be doing so in the future! That section of the episode was thought out last minute so I didn't even think about it. Thank you for the suggestion!
Next... Song choices! For round one, the singers were told to choose one song for the introductory song. For most of them, they chose songs that fit their voice the best. In the future weeks, there will be themes that will spice it up a bit! I am very excited for these themes! If you have a recommendation, leave them in the comments. I do have most of the themes picked out but i'd love to hear ideas!
Also one comment about the songs. Whatever clip the singer gave me is what I used. Specifically in last nights episode, when the singing ended abruptly, that is because that is the clip they gave me. Any clips that I cut for time were cut at an appropriate ending time, such as the end of a verse or chorus. If I had to cut a significant part of their clip out, I typically told them ahead of time or asked what part they wanted to keep, or sent them their clip for approval. I didn't just pick out a random part of the performance and say "here ya go!" However as stated above, we will likely do more full songs or longer performances in the future.
I had many comments about background noise of the judges. We will work to eliminate this in the future.
I had many people ask for timestamps or the release the individual videos. In future episodes, I will leave time stamps however these probably wont be put out until after the premiere is over as you can't jump around during the premiere anyways.
Someone mentioned possibly having a live show. I'm not sure if this will work in the current stage of the show, however maybe towards the finale we may be able to work something out :)
Some comments about the audio in the "The judges think" part. I will make sure to work on that :)
Someone said to make a wiki. I did make a chart, and have linked it in the Episode 1 blog :)
I had some comments on what the judges were saying. I think that as of now, we want to be careful with how critical the judges are because of it being round one and these people have put themselves out there and don't know what the reaction may be. In the future rounds however I do believe the judges will be able to be more critical :)

I still think its possible to do what I was saying. Where a number means something or a stars 1st place thing means they won stars. Still plenty of people. Maybe instead of video just do a picture some things could be clues some could be decoys and a 1 sentence play over
I think we will probably get longer as the season goes on but keep it to a minute or 2 for the time being :) this was just introductory songs. lemonfacejason_2_12ghrocky100survivor8
the best thing would be to keep those performances short in the episodes video , but like upload full performances on youtube for people to listen if they want to
