Every black level and below is saying no to changing Stars.. but I think it's a good idea. Thinking back to before we could gain 1,000 t in a week, we were all broke. you were lucky if you had 500T. The current enrollment in stars is 150T. Trust me, with betting how it is now, you want it to change.. or everyone who tries to get into stars will be broker than broke.
