(Long post cause this series is one of my obsessions and I hope other super fans can take the time to read ❤️)
I think this season was a nice blend between the nostalgia that I loved when I first discovered the series and also they were able to modernize it in a way that didn’t lose the magic
I feel this is a reboot done correctly because the creators taking a break was what this show needed to feel fresh again. Every season after World Tour just wasn’t giving what I wanted it to give (besides Ridonculous since it was a different format)
There’s SO MANY characters that I absolutely adore. I think the only characters I didn’t really like were Ripper and Chase. Everyone else has so much unlockable potential, even Millie and Caleb.
Raj and Bowie’s relationship was something that meant so much to me as a HARDCORE fan of this show and as someone that is gay. They displayed Raj’s coming out journey in a way that was super similar to mine when I was 14, it was really special to see
If I were to see characters like Raj and Bowie growing up, especially in my favorite series, it would’ve made me feel more comfortable coming out sooner and I’m so glad a new generation gets to experience this ❤️
I enjoyed every moment of this season, including the lowkey cringy ones. This season is worth the binge watch
Strongest season since World Tour and definitely the cast is as possibly as strong as the og one too, so many ICONS and they felt more relatable.
I think the only thing I would change is I would’ve had Julia be in the final 3 instead of Millie (they could’ve built up Julia’s downfall a lot more) and also Emma shouldn’t have gotten back together with Chase. Emma had so much to offer as a character and they just decided to throw away her progress when she could’ve had a winner storyline instead of Priya, I hope they can fix that in the next season
My overall rating of the season: 9/10
REMINDER: I know a lot of us watched this season already because it got leaked but we NEED to show as much support when the season officially comes out to keep the ratings good, I would love if we can start getting new seasons again ❤️
Don't come for MILLIE like that I loved her and Priyas friendship but I agree about Ripper and Emma should've had a girl boss moment and officially dump him maybe next season
Yandereboy12 That’s why I said I think she has unlockable potential. I think she definitely used Priya a bit to get further and I would’ve had her eliminated in the episode she was like “I’m not going to compete because I feel safe”
I do think she’ll get a better storyline in the next season where we’ll get to see even more growth of her as a person
turkeylover I fully believe until that point, she was top 3
I think it would’ve been so satisfying to see the moment she votes off Chase

9th - Chase
8th - Millie (serves her right for not doing the challenge)
7th - Wayne (they would’ve wanted to split up the trio of Wayne, Bowie and Raj)
6th - Zee
5th - Raj (Julia would’ve wanted to split up Raj and Bowie but knew Raj was a stronger competitor)
4th - Emma (loses tie breaker)
3rd - Julia
2nd/1st - Priya
2nd/1st - Bowie
