Former Tengaged player, radio host and all around asshole Irvin Icon is suing Allison Grodner and Big Brother.

Irvin is suing Big Brother for it's use of "The Brigade" an alliance name that Irvin says was manufactored by BB and fed to a player (Enzo) in it's BB12 show.

Irvin accuses Grodner and BB of stealing the name (the Brigade) to which he claims to have copyrighted in Feburary 2009. Irvin created "The Sharpie Brigade" an alliance of tengaged players voting for jakel0vespickler to win STARS with his writing their name on paper with a sharpie and taking a photo. And "The Cheeto Brigade" a group of people negging the blogs of Irvin and his clique out of pure hate/jealousy.

We were fortunate to catch up with Irvin for this statement:
"Grodner knows what she's done. It's a breach of copyright laws. I only have one thing to say, if I don't see a 7 figure cheque by the end of the month, they can see my black ass in court!"
