emailed me to set up a first round conversation/interview...we did that 2 weeks ago?? What do I even say to that? LOL cuz she emailed me yesterday about setting up a zoom as a "first step" and i'm like ? is this a second round interview or wdym first step? like towards hiring? and she responded that generally just a first step bc second round would be in person with a lot more people. so like...i don't even know how to reply.

That’s confusing, the zoom would be the second round, but the two weeks waiting goes to show how messy they are, just to figure out the best fit. I say, just go for it and see what happens
