I came into work and my blood sugar was extremely low (for those who don’t know, I’m a type one diabetic) and so I needed to drink apple juice and chill in the back before I came on for work.
And at the end of my shift my manager pulls me aside and tells me I need to write in the time I got on the floor as my clock in time and not when I showed up…like that was actually insane that she had actually no empathy for someone in medical distress and only cared about bookkeeping.
