If number 1 is the lie...

1: TWO IS A LIE (this makes number 2 truth)
2: One is a lie (TRUTH)
3. The cake is a lie (TRUTH)

If number 2 is a lie..

1. Two is a lie (TRUTH)
2. One is a lie (making the number 1 truth)
3. The cake is a lie (TRUTH)

If number 3 is a lie..

1. Number one is a lie (Impossible contradiction)
2. Number two is a lie (Impossible contradiction)
3. The cake is a lie (CAKE IS THE TRUTH)

So possible answers: number 1 or 2 :))
