16 houseguests are confirmed to compete in this season. But 14 will be newbies, and 2 will be veterans.
After the 1st episode, America will vote which 2 will enter the house (1 male and 1 female). Supposedly these veterans are known to be leaders and or manipulators from their past season.
The 2 veterans that will enter the house will become the leaders (which means there will be 2 teams). The 1st team picks 8 newbies, and the 2nd team picks 8 newbies. The person that wins HOH will not only be safe, but that team will also be safe as well (also, the 2 leaders have immunity until the twist is over).
As for the B.O.B., it will be replaced by a new comp. The team that is in jeopardy will have a chance to compete in an immunity comp (but only 2 people from the losing team can only win it).
Even though this rumored twist sounds confusing, I do feel that it is 90% to what the twist can be. The majority of rumors I hear about this season are:
* New houseguests
* Some veterans have said on their social media accounts that they're leaving to go on vacation
* Houseguests will compete for immunity
Also I heard that this twist was going to happen in BB16. It was gonna be 8 newbies against 8 veterans. But they couldn't get any reliable veterans at that time.
All though new houseguests are entering the house, they did not say HOW MANY of the new houseguests will be entering.
Last week rumors said that only 8 newbies will enter. Well now I've been hearing a lot that 11 NEW houseguests have been officially confirmed to play this season of BB.
There will be more houseguests entering in. The other houseguests will be returning players. The most polarizing houseguests to have ever played the game (5 will enter).
