It sucks to see people get so upset over a game, but also people should respect people's desire for space and asking for a self ban is like, respectable? We all need breaks sometimes and I think people shouldn't get upset over it. It's an emotional game.
That said, the insults that have come through this game from a lot of people have just been a lot for me to deal with. I don't enjoy the toxicity and personally, I'm just trying my best to win the only path I see for myself.
I can only try my best for myself and try to have fun. The game becomes unfun when people start making it personal.
I'm proud of how I've played so far and if I make it further I'll be proud of that too. If the ride ends here, I'll still be proud.
As far as a retirement game goes, I'm pretty content.

I do think self banning is odd though when you can always just log out and look away but I mean I sorta love the dramatics when it is like in spite of someone else.
Not everyone has the mental discipline to just log out. You always feel drawn back, you know? I know a lot of people who have like, had to scramble their passwords to quit a website.
