Going into this game I immediately saw people I wanted to work with & I saw people I didn’t care for, so I created a majority right off the bat. Literally day 1. Honalulue, Ryan, Billy, Jets, & Hellocat. We had every intention of running it deep into the game and we did run the first half of the game. Here’s my story:
For 16th, I heard Rohan’s name and I knew he would sheep me, so I wanted to save him. I knew that if I pushed too hard for that then people would just definitely nominate him, so I just split in hopes Rohan somehow wouldn’t go up, because I liked the other 2 more which happened to be in opposite sets. Rohan went up & went home.
For 15th, Rohan wanted to target Honalulue/Ryan for 15th cause they targeted him and he felt they were responsible for his demise, but I was able to convince him to help me out since he was out of the game anyway and nominate Willy/Aidan. It went through.
For 14th, it was pretty straightforward. I had our alliance of 6 + Sal/Tris who would never do anything against me, so I was able to get my noms through my 14th which was Happy/Benja
For 13th, someone had leaked our chat & we were assuming it was Billy, but I knew personally Billy would never come after me, so I didn’t want him up at all. And I didn’t want Tris up. But, clearly the majority of our alliance didn’t trust Billy after the leak had been basically confirmed to be him and they threw him up with Tris.
For 12th, I regained control again & had our alliance of 5 who was still strong + Tris/Sal locking in with me, and we nominated Damian/Snails cause Snails had won his last stars & Damian has won 56 stars already, so it made the most sense popularity wise.
For 11th, they tried to get me nominated, but due to the majority 5 + Sal/Tris, I was able to yet again get the nom-set that I wanted through which was Chase/Willy
For 10th, as I had controlled the last 2 votes, I assumed we could get the votes on Tris/Benji, which would have Tris take out Benji, and I knew Tris would never go after me regardless, so I could get away with it. However, my whole alliance flipped on me/Sal & nominated him for 10th (I’m assuming cause they knew he had my back over anyone else’s), and Sal ended up going home sadly.
For 9th, Sal pushed Ryan/Honalulue and there was no other set throughout the whole day. At the last minute the 2 of them threw my name in the mix to try to get me nominated with them knowing they would survive, but thankfully for me the people that *I* put in the minority, Willy, Benji and Damian came to ME wanting to nominate Honalulue/Ryan as they were a duo, so of course I jumped on the train and they went up.
For 8th, Ryan/Honalulue didn’t blame me for anything because I didn’t say their names initially & they tried to throw me to the wolves, so they countered Willy/Jon & they countered Jets/Cat back. I didn’t want to be the last unnominated at Final 7, so I split Willy/Cat, because I had built trust with Damian and I trusted Jets the most at this point.
For 7th, the counters were Jets/Tris & Jets/Benji. Honalulue & I decided to go after Benji/Jets and just blame others if Benji goes up. Jets ended up going up with Tris, which I didn’t plan to happen, but I also knew I didn’t mind if it did cause I knew he would stay and he wouldn’t come after me still and he did end up staying obviously.
For 6th, I was able to make Jets not want to target me & he locked in Willy/Jon because I told him that they had nominated him expecting him to just take me out, so Jets/Benji/Honalulue/Tris and I all locked in Willy/Jon.
For 5th, shoutout to cheritaisdelicious cause we WERE renomming one of them with Benji, but when they poll tied, we didn’t wanna risk splitting all our votes & throwing peoples votes to try to get them back up, so Honalulue & I nominated Benji/Tris, with Tris nomming Benji/renom but the other 3 nommed Honalulue & she went up with Tris.
For 4th, Honalulue & Tris, whom I had been loyal to all game, nominated Jon/Benji and I went unnommed!
Overall, I came into this game, split the house IMMEDIATELY, ran the first half of the game getting everyone nominated who I wanted out BEFORE renominations would have needed to happen. Once the game hit the middle portion, I was able to PLAY the middle after playing from the top and I was able to socially maneuver through the end game making everyone feel like they had me in their back pocket & I was continuously targeted from 6th-4th, so no one just “let” me go unnommed. I got MYSELF to that spot by adapting to alliances, making moves that needed to be made & having strong relationships with most of the people in this stars.
