I really dont understand why people hate on Natalie White soooooo much. I mean yeah she may not have played as good a game as some other winners might have, but she definitely did deserve to win imo. First of all Mick was absolutely useless throughout the whole game and did absolutely nothing, which some may argue is exactly what Natalie did as well. But i really think Natalia used Russel as her shield to take her to finals and she knew how unlikeable Russel was, despite him playing the best game of the three. She knew that the jury were going to be bitter af so why wouldnt she tag along with the most hated in the game, being Russel, and let him get even more blood on his hands while she sat pretty and ended up winning. Unpopular opinion yes ik but this is how i feel bye
not unpopular, just wrong :D She hung around Russell because she felt safest with him, in all 39 days I'm not sure if 1 strategical thought passed through her brain tbh ....
Only people who don't understand how Survivor actually works don't think she is a good player and think that Russell was "robbed" (lmfao at people actually thinking that).
Everyone flipped on Erik because he was OTT and a threat to everyone, all Foa Foa persuaded Galu to flip on Erik, it's just that Natalie was shown predominantly as she was the eventual winner.
Natalie imo is a Top 5 social player in the history of Survivor. Her strategic game was good as well cause she was able to realize that anyone who was a threat to Russell went home so she just stroked his ego, let him get blood on his hands while making good social connections which earned her SEVEN votes. I mean SEVEN.
A jury can be bitter yes. But not when 7 of its members think she was the best player
I think Natalie was a great social player, Russell was a great strategic player. But in the end it's about playing a game which will earn the votes of the jury, Natalie did that. I think they both played strong games in different aspects of the game. Personally, i respect strategy more than sociability, so i would have liked to see Russell win, but Natalie was a very deserving winner.
