Anya Marie MacPherson is a graduate of Degrassi Community School from the Class of 2011. Ever since transferring from Lakehurst Secondary School, Anya had always been the type of person to be easily manipulated and much more of a follower than a leader. Ever since finding out she wasn't accepted into university, Anya went through a dark period and developed a cocaine addiction, but was inspired to pursue basic training to join the Canadian Forces, and quit the drug. She is a former member of Power Squad, and she suffers from dyslexia, which makes it hard for her to read. She is known for her beauty and admirable personality, always being sweet and supportive of everybody. She is best friends with Holly J. Sinclair and Riley Stavros, and is good friends with Chantay Black, Fiona Coyne, Mia Jones, Sav Bhandari, Leia Chang, Danny Van Zandt, Zane Park and Wesley Betenkamp. She had a conflict with Jane Vaughn. She was portrayed by Samantha Munro.
Anya first appears as Holly J. Sinclair's best friend. However, the friendship is somewhat one-sided and even contains elements of emotional abuse, with Holly J. being the abuser. Anya is seen following Holly J. around during Standing In the Dark in the cafeteria as Holly J. fights with Darcy Edwards. Anya dresses almost exactly like Holly J. and follows her around almost everywhere. Later on, Mia and Anya become acquaintances, as Mia notices how Holly J. treats Anya and brings it to her attention.
Fiona Celestine Arabella Coyne is a graduate and valedictorian of the Degrassi Community School's Class of 2013. She was from New York City, USA and is currently living in Rome, Italy. Although she and her twin brother Declan Coyne were born in Japan, Fiona considers Manhattan home. She transferred to Degrassi Community School in Season 9 during the second semester as a junior with her brother.
After being a "few credits shy," she had to repeat her senior year. Fiona once relied on money to do everything for her, but she has learned how to manage with less of it, after her mother Laura Coyne was put on house arrest on account of fraud in her foundation until the family's legal troubles were resolved. She was a talented artist and is also very interested in fashion, as shown through her unique sense of style. A loner who once feared her own independence, Fiona has been to rehab to take control of her alcoholism, has been put on medication due to her anxiety problems, and has realized that she is a lesbian.
She is best friends with Holly J. Sinclair, and Eli Goldsworthy. She is also good friends with Anya MacPherson, Bianca DeSousa, Mike Dallas, Drew Torres, and Imogen Moreno. Additional friends of hers include Chantay Black, Adam Torres, Dave Turner, and Marisol Lewis. She formerly had a conflict with Tinsley Wharton due to her trampy reputation, but respects her now for helping her in her trial against her abusive ex-boyfriend Bobby Beckonridge. She also seems to be on good terms with former enemy Katie Matlin. She is portrayed by Annie Clark.

Andrew "Drew" Torres is a Class of 2014 graduate of Degrassi Community School, having transferred there at the start of his Junior year and dropping out for most of the 2012-2013 school year.
Drew isn't the smartest when it comes to academics. He does, however, make up for it by being very talented in areas such as basketball, football, and drumming. Initially, he comes off as the stereotypical, popular, pretty boy athlete, later on he has become more compassionate, he still has a habit of abandoning others the moment things become difficult for him. He has suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as memory loss caused by multiple concussions. He is also skilled in MMA fighting.

He dropped out of Degrassi in his first senior year, but later returned and won the Student Government election, making him the president for his second senior year in the 2013-2014 school year.
He was the older step-brother of Adam Torres, who tragically passed away in Honey. Drew is best friends with Mike Dallas and his ex-fiancée, Bianca DeSousa. He is good friends with Fiona Coyne and Clare Edwards. Additional friends of his include Dave Turner, K.C. Rebecca "Becky" Baker is a graduate of Degrassi Community School from the Class of 2014. Becky is bright, bubbly, and enthusiastic. Raised as a conservative Christian, Becky always puts family, as well as her faith, first. Her family moved to Canada so her brother Luke, could play hockey. She knows not everyone will agree with her traditional values, but that doesn't mean she's afraid to stand up for her beliefs. Becky also loves musical theater. She's originally presented as a model-like, proper girl who comes off homophobic, but she turns out to actually be a sweet, yet naive, Christian girl.
She is best friends with a girl back in Florida named Kelly, Jenna Middleton, and Imogen Moreno. She is also friends with Alli Bhandari, Mike Dallas, Clare Edwards, Drew Torres, Winston Chu, Jonah Haak, and Jack Jones. She used to have a heated conflict with Eli Goldsworthy, but she is now on good terms with him. She also dated Adam Torres before his death and was in a relationship with his brother Drew. She is labelled as "Little Miss Not So Innocent." Becky is portrayed by Sarah Fisher.

Campbell "Cam" Saunders (1997-2013) was a sophomore (Grade 10) at Degrassi. Like his Junior Hockey teammates, Campbell was a strong athlete. However, unlike his teammates, Cam was gentle, nice, shy, cool, and sweet. He got along with almost everyone, but was awkward with girls due to being new in the romance department. Not too good at holding grudges, he also believed in giving others a second chance. Cam tried to be himself at all times, but it was difficult since everyone counted on him to be a perfect image when he all wanted is just to fit in. Whatever confidence he lacked in social settings, however, he more than made up for it on the ice with his dominating skills yet, ironically, he disliked hockey.
He was friends with Tristan Milligan, Tori Santamaria, Mike Dallas, and Alli Bhandari, and was in a relationship with Maya Matlin, who was his first love, for the majority of his stint on season 12. Cam disliked Luke Baker, and eventually became enemies with Zig Novak. Cam was on the Toronto Ice Hounds hockey team as their leading star.
He committed suicide following the events of Bitter Sweet Symphony (1) due to stress, anxiety issues, loneliness, depression, and an apparent psychological disorder. His suicide left a trail of devastation in its path with school students in pain, wondering what they could have done differently to have helped him and motivated them to help fellow students like him. He was portrayed by Dylan Everett.

Eleanor "Ellie" Nash is a Class of 2006 graduate of Degrassi Community School. Ellie began her freshman year in Season 2 as the new goth girl. Year after year, she slowly toned down her goth look, but still remained the same girl. Due to her father Colonel Nash's absence and her mother Caroline Nash's alcoholism, she dealt with self-harming issues, but with the help of group therapy, she overcame it. She was known to have a passion for journalism. Her best friends are Marco Del Rossi, Ashley Kerwin and Craig Manning, for whom she harboured an unrequited crush for over two years before her feelings were eventually returned. She is also good friends with the Michalchuk siblings, Alex Nuñez and Jimmy Brooks. She was rivals with Manny Santos for the affections of Craig but it was implied that they made up. She was written out in Degrassi Goes Hollywood, in which her most notable storyline came full circle after her father returned. Ellie was portrayed by Stacey Farber.
