Chairman Rose is the leader behind the evil group called macro cosmos, or something like that, in Sword & Shield. Honestly, Chairman Rose doesn't have that great a motive, he's just trying to make Galar have an energy crisis by unleashing the darkest day and eternatus, but then Rose complains about not being able to control Eternatus and it's just a bit annoying, especially when you're about to do the championship fight against Leon, then having to wait because you and Leon need to deal with this Eternatus. As well, when compared to other evil leader designs, Rose is probably the evil leader character design I like the least, although he does still stand out as evil based on design. Finally, the team Rose uses in the one and only battle against him isn't exactly the best either, at least compared to other evil leader fights, Rose's team isn't that tough to beat. Rose uses team of Escavalier, Ferrothorn, Perrserker, Klinklang & Gigantamax Copperajah, so just more-so the big fire weakness that kind of weighs down the challenge behind battling Rose, but even with the team not being the best, I still don't mind his mono steel team to be honest. Overall, Chairman Rose is just a very forgettable end game villain, so yea was a pretty easy decision to rank him out next over the others, which Rose was also close to being last place on my ranking over Piers, he just got the better placement than Piers, as Rose is at least technically evil.
