This first twist is called Top Level Clearance. Canada had to vote for one houseguest to secretly be the first to enter the house and spy on the first two groups moving in. The person went into the house, found a secret room hidden in the house, and stayed there to watch the first two groups of HouseGuests move in. Then, they exited the room and joined the third and final move-in group to officially enter the house.
