Hello Chefs!

For this round you will have to make me a high end dish to feature in my 5 star restaurant.

Remember chef's presentation is just as important as taste, but make sure the dish is delicious!

Post a gif or a link to something absolutely mouth watering that will make me beg for more!

Seared Scallops with Butternut Squash Purée with Fennel Salad.

Though butternut squash is often used in heavy, rich dishes, in this recipe I blended squash with apple cider and ginger for a bright purée that gets served under seared diver scallops and a fennel salad. If you’ve never had butternut squash with seafood, this dish is for you. The best part is the roasted squash seeds get pulverized into a coarse powder, which adds rich nuttiness to the final dish.

Lobster Tagliatelle, what a round to bring some lobster to the table with this dish being both flavourful and luxury. I have mixed the Lobster Tagliatelle With Chilli, Garlic, Tomato and Parsley.
