1. david2560 - What a comeback! This is absolutely delicious and stunning! Visually it is beautiful, I love the bits of parsley bringing up all those hues.The sauce is to die for, a very great touch to the dish... I'm glad you brought this side of you to the competition. Amazing!
2. bigdizzleyomama - This was a very southern dish... and it worked! Visually its a 10, the colors are vibrant and it makes it look homey but upscale. That gravy sauce couldn't have been better! Great Job.
3. smuguy2012 - Very nice dish, I love a cast iron steak. Love the colors and the butter sauce. Only critic is that while for me its no problem, others could take the top as being a little burnt.
4. deshonbannedisback - Once again your plating is one of the best! I'm not necessarily living for the two eggs, although it is creative and nice for a brunch. 2 eggs was too much as well. For this challenge there were stronger dishes, but it is still delicious so good job!
5. yawnha - this dish is mouthwatering. I love how wet the steak is. I can tell its going to burst in flavor by just looking at it. However, I would've liked to have seen the inside of it to make sure it was nicely cooked.
6. Delete2544 - This dish looks really tasty and healthy! Great job. My criticism for you this week is that I wish it had a sauce. It does look a bit dry. Also, while the plating is nicely done there are smudges of oil next to the potato which took away points for the presentation, but i think its ur best dish yet!
7. varlto - A healthy option! This dish tasted fantastic but visually it is unappealing. The chimichurri sauce definitely saved you this round! I love that you were creative by making a cauliflower rice and as i mentioned the sauce made sure ur steak wasn't bland. Good job on creativity but u HAVE to step up on your plating.
8. Minie - Oh love....Let me start off by saying, this dish tasted amazing. I loved the pumpkin mash, probably one of the best side dishes. The problem with you dish was your steak. It does not look appealing to me. Its too gray giving it a boiled feel to it. It does look tender which is a plus, but visually it wasn't my favorite.
-----------------------------------------BOTTOM 3---------------------------------------------- Irelia - There is too much going on in your plate. You served me two big ass steaks, which is too much. Not just that, the steaks look grizzly and tough. I can already tell they are going to be chewy. You have also done shrimp before so I was not as impressed with your side dish.
decisions - Visually this dish looks like dog poop. Absolutely disgusting. I almost didn't want to try it... however, the sauce was very tasty. Nonetheless, this looks like vomit.
nattie - Like Irelia, there is too much going on here. You served me way too many strips and potatoes which does not look like quality from a high end restaurant. Also, steak strips? This makes me feel low budget as they look like worms.
