Sheryl Braxton was a 43-year-old real estate agent and interior designer from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Sheryl was a divorcee, and had two children. Sheryl stated her children dared her to audition for the show, leading to her eventually get chosen. Sheryl formed close bonds with all of the HouseGuests early on, most prominently Nicole. She is regarded as the first "pawn" in the show's history, being nominated for eviction as Mike believed she was too well liked to go home against Nicole. Despite Mike feeling confident that Sheryl would stay, the other housemates decided to evict Sheryl to negatively effect the Chilltown alliance. She came in eleventh place, and voted for Will to win
