Justin Sebak was a bartender from Bayonne, New Jersey. Justin had been arrested multiple times before appearing on the show, receiving two misdemeanor charges and committing theft; CBS claimed to be unaware of this. Justin formed an alliance with the other guys in the house, though this quickly fell apart as Justin began to clash with HouseGuests Kent and Hardy. Justin had a flirtatious and romantic relationship with Krista in the house, and friendships with Mike, Shannon, and Will. During his stay in the house, Justin became known for breaking rules in the house. He received warnings from production for acts such as breaking a chess board, urinating on a window, and physically intimidating his housemates. On Day 10, Justin held a knife up to an intoxicated Krista's throat while the two made out, leading to his expulsion minutes later. The HouseGuests were not aware of the precise reason Justin had been expelled, as Krista could not remember the event.
