I’ve always had a crued sense of humored but 95% of the things I say are never at a place of anger just to joke ! But I also have gone thru a lot of shit as a kid who grew grew up in an impoverished area and didn’t really have anything growing up I’ve seen a lot of fucked up shit as u know.

As much as the decision falls out from any laws or violates them. There are routine automatic decisions - no free will here. There are decisions caused by government, organisation, society laws - no free will here. There are decisions caused by physical or psychological laws - no free will here either. Whenever something is by the law or routine, it’s not free. The free will is involved in cases, when no law gives a hint, but the decision is still needed. Examples,
When you drive a car, and see the red traffic light and stop, no free will is involved. You once decided that you’ll be obedient to the traffic laws, and the following is automatic. However, in case of non-standard traffic situation, there could be a need to make a decision either to sacrifice the life of pedestrian or your own life, and no law gives a hint. This is a free will decision.
When you pass by a begging person, it’s a free will decision to donate or not.
When you vote for a president, it’s a free will decision, even if you are affected by propaganda.
It’s a free will decision to believe or not to believe to certain statement, which can’t be immediately proven.
Another example of free will is making a decision to stick to some law or to act against it. In this sense, anything involving moral responsibility is a free will. This is, for example, the difference between professional soldier and professional killer. The soldier is killing by the decision of commander being bound by the oath. To swear is a free will, but to act upon an oath is not any more a free will. The professional killer is always taking own free will decision to act against moral and legal law and get paid for each such act.
