To why The Sims 3 would close before the menu which shows all the neighborhoods loads.
Someone else had the same issue because their mods were out of date. So I removed my mods and it works :D
That means my mods weren't patched and were out of date since I haven't played for so long.
Glad I figured it out since I've been dying to play it again. Woo!
