For hourly wage workers our time is rounded. So if you clock in at 7:07 it'll round down to 7:00, if you clock out at 9:53, it'll round up to 10:00. In 15 minute intervals. I checked my hours and noticed as of yesterday they stopped rounding up hours and now the exact time you clock in and out is what you're paid for.
