Welcome to the first episode of Nano’s Film Odyssey.
Today, you all begin your cinematic journeys… but only one of you will be able to fully complete it.
You’re about to begin a very exciting odyssey that will take you (and me) across all kinds of films. In order to survive each round, all you have to do is not be in the bottom 2. If that happens, you’ll be in danger of elimination… and once you’re eliminated, there is no coming back.
However, keep in mind that you will want to submit high ranking films… because the higher your film ranks, the more points you’ll earn. And as the game goes on, all of your points will be added up. Your total number of points is the key factor that decides whether or not you’ll be eliminated should you find yourself in danger of elimination.

For this round, there is no special theme you have to follow. All you have to do is submit a film that you think will leave a good first impression.

I know this is like the 20th time I’ve done this, but I figured why not? Let’s try this again. I’m currently taking a college class where I’m required to watch movies every week, so I think this might be a good time to start this up again.
In this game, each player will submit a film each round that they think I’ll like, and then I rank them all based on my personal preference. You’ll earn points based on how high your film ends up in the rankings, and you’ll even earn immunity from elimination if your film is ranked the highest.
The players with the two lowest ranking films each round will be up for elimination, where the player among them with the lowest points will be eliminated from the game. There will be NO comeback rounds and NO second chances. Once you’re out, you’re out.
