like a month ago about herf (the next cares act or something) aka free money for school if covid has affected u. I applied for it as i cashed in 15 hunny with the cares act. These two ppl at my werk go to the same skewl so i told them to apply to this one because again... free money.
within the next two weeks they shadily went behind my back and snatched a promotion from me
i got confirmation that im receiving 17 hunny government dollars from herf and the next day i go to werk and ask them "you guys applied for the thing i told u to right????". what they did was they took a picture of the text my school gave me and typed in the link that was very obviously a personal link sent to me specifically instead of just looking up the form for themselves on the school website. i was in a bit of awe at how dumb that was and in my mind was secretly all *points and laughs* in vindication
needless to say they didnt get the 17 hunny, i got the 1k "retention" bonus from my werk like 2 weeks ago, and now im dipping (kind of)
