for the gun problems
all guns should be destroyed except for muskets
that way if some lunatic wants to shoot up some place it'll take him 20 minutes to even load the thing and then someone can take him out :))
and then republicans can't bitch about having no guns because of course they can have as many muskets as they want!!!
