After their terrible performance last week, I decided to make the rollercoaster Tris’ final destination. As you know, everyone was given a ticket for the roller coaster so that way you wouldn’t flood the line. You all remember this, insert your ticket into the roller coaster, and you got a ride. But the ticket was more than the voucher it appeared to be. It’s probably more accurate to call it a credit card, with all the data stored on it. Everyone’s card was the same, except for Tris’ of course, which is why Tris’ ride was different.
Tris’ card triggered a couple things, but we’ll discuss them in order. First, it exposed a small panel at Tris’ feet, leaving a hole underneath the car. As the car climbed up the lift hill, a motion detector equipped to the brakes at the top noticed the hole. This triggered the Emergency Brakes, the sound of which was used to cover the real murder taking place.
I button-triggered a spring-loaded compartment on the front of the vehicle, stabbing Tris in the gut with a small Hawaiian Koa Club, mortally wounding him before the camelbacks finished the job. Then the red herring was triggered.
The coaster was detached from the lift hill and almost completed its full circuit, however, the emergency brakes turned off the switch track, causing the ride vehicle to careen of the track and crash to the ground below, upside-down. This not only destroyed most of the ride vehicle, but it also mangled Tris’ body beyond recognition and broke the Koa into fragments.
Have a fun time,
Your Killer
