So it's like...

2 volunteers compete against each other first in a duel.

Not a normal duel mind you! A BB trivia duel! A BB US TRIVIA DUEL!

I will ask a question about a certain houseguest from modern day BB (BB15-BB19) and give a choice A or B (2 BB contestants) and whoever PUBLICLY says an answer first is the one who's answer counts. They get it right; they win, if they get it wrong, they're out of this competition. If they get it right, their opposer is out.

Winner of each round picks the next 2 players, continues until one is left standing and WINS HOH.
