        Nina is still getting over her close call in the sunlight, and she is thankful to Victoria and Luna for saving her. She lives with the two of them underneath the high school, and Victoria has become increasingly protective of her. Nina feels as if she has lost more in Parkers Canyon than she’s gained, but she is trying to remain optimistic and is still friends with Austin. She’s glad to be back on the cheer team, but this time of year has come to be filled with bad memories, especially the loss of her first boyfriend, Lindsey Grant.          Rye came to face reality after the events of Prom Night, and he has decided to be a tad more serious about his actions. He is somewhat determined to prove himself as a capable werewolf; he even fully supports Martin’s efforts at finding who shot Blaise, insisting that Martin is acting reasonably when Luke protests. He is still in Newspaper, but Martin is constantly dragging him away to discuss the missing gun. Still, Rye is trying to be supportive of his leader. Though, he comes to realize that is easier said than done.
