-The view opens to a muffled conversation, it pans around showing a group of 6 people/pairs of legs, all in rough shape; the conversation becomes slightly clearer as the camera pans up a well tailored suit;
Director Coulson: The decision is final, the team will be terminated.
???: We have gone through HELL, and come back for this, for you!
Director Coulson: They'll make sure you won't remember.. or feel a thing of what you've been through, not to worry agent Quartz.
Agent Quartz: What?! Look we knew what we were doing it was a red old school mustang, the only way we'd--
??: You will not terminate my team Coulson, with all due respect, case file #084-
-Some struggling is heard as the camera focuses on Director Coulson's profile/view. He nods, and turns around walking away with hands behind his back.
-As the view re-enters, it reveals an old mustang, panning away from it until there's a pair of female legs and high heels into the shot; the view blacks out, showing female lips smirking.
--Agent Dante checks out the re-decorated plane, nodding in approval; as he hears the new recruits for his team approach the front door, he walks up the stairs to the secondary area, overlooking them from the balcony.
Agent Dante: Welcome aboard agents, consultant. I hand picked each and every single one of you for your set of skills. Together we form the new SHIELD field team. Agent Karahalios, we're going to have to shorten that last name.. get familiar with the Globemaster's piloting controls. We leave promptly in 4 minutes.
Agent Castro: Uh.. where exactly are we going, already?
Agent Dante: Cuba.
-He smirks, surveying their faces.
No, we're going to Lyell City where we will be based. Journey will take approximately 3 hours. Buckle up.
--Everyone exchanges looks, as they're all seeing each other for the first time, with the same goal; being recruited to form this new team. Agent Dante walks into his new office, closing the door behind him.
..)Everyone is a little rough around the edges like diamonds, this is the first rodeo of being in a SHIELD team, so they're going to go about their ways/approach an assignment their own way. They're not all going to roll over and take orders if that makes sense.
...)The Globemaster will be the main mode of transport from location to location, and it's basically a house, has a cubicle with a bed for everyone, a kitchen, bar, planning area with TV and screens linked back to HQ to director Coulson.
....)Contacting family members is okay to do so, but everyone is under an oath not to speak of SHIELD duties. Go ahead tell your mom you're just napping when you're really 30,000 feet up in the air chasing bad guys.
.....)Some people are rusty, and aren't like they used to be, perhaps they gave up some training or part of what they did. There are also training grounds in the Globemaster; like previously stated before, everyone is rough around the edges for now.

I'll post a thread with some glossary/vocab later with things in case you haven't seen SHIELD the TV show, you may not know some terms; but don't worry!

-Tae props the bag onto a bed before rolling up her jacket sleeves.
^At least we have an assignment, right away hands on. The way I like it. So we have 3 hours to kill..^
-Closes the door and walks around, getting familiar with their new 'home'.
*Blinks a few times, checking over a small piece of paper with scribbled down notes*
^If I go this way and turn left it should be..^
*Arrives at the cubical, nodding in approval at my small victory. Sets my bags down, running my hand across the top of the mattress*
^Not as nice as home, but it'll do just fine!^
*Re-traces my steps, eager to meet the other members of the team*
