I mean, it really depends on how damaging the hits are. It definitely adds a new element to considering in the bloodbath. Before this almost everyone grabbed 5 items since there was little incentive to actually run before that since almost no one attacked actives in the bloodbath. Now there is at least some incentive to just grab the essentials and hightail outta there.
