Just a tip for the tributes, challenging your death is a legitimate thing to do if there was some mistake, I did it in the 5th games and succeeded in that claim. However don't be a bitch about it. Simply point out the mistake and explained how it could have changed things. Then accept whatever decision the gamemakers come up with.
