Welcome to Tribal Council Kurume tribe! Please grab a torch and dip it into the fire. In this game, fire represents your life, and once your torch is snuffed you will have to leave immediately. Now, one of you will be the third person voted out of this game.

Everyone is eligible for elimination. Once you cast your vote you may change it as much as you like, but if we receive all of the votes early they may be read ahead of schedule.

General Questions:
-Did Gerald leaving the tribe have any effects on the social dynamics?
-That was a tough loss today. How does this tribe go forward after the challenge?

Important: Make sure to send confessionals and include Mike and I in all skype/mail chats, as they help us to understand everything that is happening, select returnees for future seasons, and to give people awards at the reunion!

Not really. He never talked to me anyways so it’s almost irrelevant.

-That was a tough loss today. How does this tribe go forward after the challenge?

It’s bittersweet to lose and to lose by 1 points makes it that much more shitty, but I think in any survivor game there’s a sense of activeness that’s given precedent over anything else this early on. This game should be no different

Honestly yes, I'm not speaking for everyone else but... had he not quit earlier, then he would probably be going home today. Instead we need to find another target.

We worked together great in the challenge, but sheer luck just wasn't on our side. I think we need to take out the least active member of the tribe in order to have a fighting chance in the next challenge.

Always has an effect, socially, not as much. Four votes keeps you safe tonight instead of forcing a tie, but I don't think that will matter.

First things first, make sure I can go forward after tonight. After that its the same things. Not taking 13th, 12th, 11th and so on. All you really can do.

I think in a game without any twists, losing a member will most definitely effect the tribe.  However from a social dynamic perspective, not really.

It will motivate us to win out from here.  We don't want to end up here.  I personally like this tribe and want all of us to see the merge.
