Hello and welcome to the "Push & Pole" Elimination!
In this elimination, you each will have a forum named after you, where you will have to say the phrase *Pulls the pole _ metre my way* as many times as you can.
In this forum, I will post *Pole grip loosens* you must then respond with *Pulls the pole from (Player Name)*, that player will then get a 10% penalty to their final total. This will happen three times in the elimination.
The player with the highest amount of pushes after 10 minutes including penalties will win.
