This person will be in charge of mailing their tribe about challenges.
This person will be in charge of making crucial decisions at challenges.
This person will be in charge of sitting people out at challenges.

This person is NOT immune. They can be voted out like everyone else. If they're voted out, that tribe will vote for a new leader.

If you do not send in a vote for a leader, you will be penalized.
