Um unfortunately it was a perm ban, so this game is for all intensive purposes officially canceled. I'm in contact with Dyson on Twitter and that's what he told me.
He says it was because he was accused of making homophobic remarks, and then while he was banned they discovered that his IP address was the same as his old account that he forgot the password for. So they then classified him as a multi and permanently banned him as per the rules regarding multiple accounts.
