There are FIVE different puzzles. Each easier then the last. For every 3 bags you grab you get the next puzzle so

3 bags for Puzzle 1
6 bags for Puzzle 2
9 bags for Puzzle 3
12 bags for Puzzle 4
15 bags for Puzzle 5

The object will be to solve the word puzzle. Each puzzle will also have less words making the puzzle easier.

First tribe to finsh will have Exile privalges tonight.
2nd, 3rd and 4th to finsh will be safe, each getting someone sent to Exile.
FINALLY,  Last Place, goes to tribal council, where one of you will be the first person out of this game.
