Body: Santana Thee Supermodel

Legend has it that Santana actually cat-walked out of the womb. After her mother threw her in a trash can, a kind old lady found her and took her to her family. When the town descended into famine, Santana had to resort to killing people with a chainsaw and eating them. Luckily, the police found her and sent her to an insane asylum where she was discovered by a nurse strutting down the halls at night. Now, she's an integral part of Haus Icon, representing the "body" aspect of the haus and not being afraid to show it!

Vogue: Raveena Thee Performer

Raveena was born 22 years ago in New Orleans. At age 18 she was sold to One Direction by her family. They would abuse Raveena terribly, until one day she poisoned Harry Styles and managed to escape. Talianna found her wandering the streets, and helped to hide her at the club from the vengeful One Direction boys. Talianna employed a "hiding in plain sight" strategy and had Raveena perform her iconic vogue routine every night at the club. Some say One Direction is still on the hunt for Raveena to this day...

Face: Ariana Thee Artist

In her hometown of Australia, Ariana was known as The Deadly One. She was the world's youngest assassin, using her makeup skills to cleverly disguise herself as a strategy of killing her targets. However, Ariana had to flee Australia after her client turned on her and leaked her real identity to the cops. She is currently taking refuge with Talianna, acting undercover as one of her Haus children. Some say that Talianna is the only one who has ever seen Ariana's true face...

Dancer: Nikita Thee Acrobat

An orphan in Japan, Nikita joined a circus troupe as a young child. She spent 7 days a week walking the tightrope, doing acrobatics, and performing the house down with her unique flexibility skills. But after her jealous rival, Rubeshaqui, seduced the ringmaster, the two divised a plan to murder Nikita. However, while Talianna and her children were attending one of the shows, Talianna saw Rubeshaqui cutting the tightrope. Luckily, Talianna used her kung-fu abilities to scale the tower and push Rubeshaqui onto the tightrope herself, causing the villian to plunge to her death. Forever in Talianna's gratitude, Nikita joined her Haus and started working for her.

RUNWAYS:
Our avant garde looks are inspired in shape and texture by Biblically accurate Angels. Each outfit however is tailored to each girl's place in the Haus. For example, Santana's outfit is tailored to show out her gorgeous body, Raveena's outfit exposes her legs for freedom of movement and the large sleeves look amazing when she does her vouging routine, Ariana's outfit is designed in a way that it's centered around her face, and Nikita's outfit is light and breezy to allow her to do all the acrobatics she pleases. Mother Talianna is the head angel, of course, and is wearing different colours to show that she is the leader but however has the same theme and texture as the other girls.

PERFOMANCE

SONG:


0:00-0:19
The performance starts with the four children in the dark doing choreographed moves with their hands.

0:20-0:30
The stage lights up as Nikita, Raveena and Santana levitate off the stage (they have straps attached to their clothes) and start flying around the audience. Ariana lipsyncs to the words of the song perfectly while walking down the stage, serving face.

0:31-0:42
Ariana levitates off the stage and joins the others as Nikita lands on the stage with a handstand, doing an acrobatic performance to the music.

0:43-1:03
Nikita once again levitates and Raveena drops down to do her vogue performance. She duckwalks down the stage while vouging and then does a backflip, landing in the splits while also vouging.

1:04-1:08
She levitates off the stage while spinning in circles.

1:09-1:19
The children in the air drop glitter over the audience as Santana drops onto stage. She struts around the stage while doing a sensual performance, showing off every inch and curve of her body.

1:20-1:31
Nikita drops from a height and lands perfectly in the splits as Santana joins the others in throwing glitter above the audience. Nikita does another acrobatic performance, twisting her body in inhuman ways.

1:32-1:50
All four children land on the stage at once and start doing a ritualistic dance as Mother Talianna slowly levitates from the ceiling.

1:50-1:59
As she lands on the stage, Talianna struts down the stage as the four children follow her in a line, doing a choreographed dance where only their hands are seen moving behind Talianna.

2:00
The performance ends in a picture-perfect manner as Talianna stands in the middle of the stage and her children pose on either side of her.

I will use this choreo starting from 1:10-3:10. Bowyoncé is Gia, Madonyoncé is Laganga, Weedyoncé is Shangela, and Seayoncé is Alyssa. Then the difference is at the end of the performance, I will come out in that gown and walk the runway and saying thank you to our fans. There is another difference in the beginning where I will have Madonyoncé voguing when she comes out.

Rodrigo is a Portuguese student that met Anita through their love of music. He is the group’s voguer. He has overcome many hurdles to follow his dreams and is now studying performance arts at University despite objections from people close to him. Being a student, he sleeps for more hours of the day than he is awake so he fits right in with this troupe.

Ida Rest

Ida is the newest member of the Haus of Nap. As soon as she was able to, she left home as the people she lived in were the worst sort of people….early risers! She found herself a family with the Haus of Nap where the motto is ‘If you get up before noon, then you’re a loon’. She is the storyteller of the group and takes lead acting roles.

Sierra Siesta

Sierra has studied ballet and acrobatics from a young age. She was shunned by her former dance troupe for performing in drag as well as falling asleep in class. She has joined the Haus of Nap where her love of sleep has blossomed and has been embraced…oh and her dance is appreciated too. She will be leading the body category.

Terry has albinism and joined the Haus of Nap to bring awareness to the condition. The condition can affect eye sensitivity and therefore make sleeping more difficulty for the person with albinism. Not much research has been done into this though.  He is the face specialist of the group and will be leading the group in that part of the routine.

PERFOMANCE

General: Dance moves a combination of –
(from 1:35, this sort of style of dance at the start of the routine.

Staging: There is a bed in the centre of the stage. A large clock is projected on the back screen. As the song a nightmare begins the stage is flooded in grey light which even gives the appearance of the Haus having grey skin. The cameras have a grey filter on them too. The rest of the staging is typical nightmare setting (graves etc). The clocks projected on the back screen begin to melt as the nightmare sets in.

Outfit vision:
Outfit 1 – Nightmare vision, greys, blacks and whites.
Outfit 2 – Sandman sleep colours (yellow, cream, browns). Mix of new and older styles but all looking withing the same brand, by using similar clothes and materials.

Synopsis: Ida starts in a bed tossing and turning. A clock begins to tick. The track starts from 0:50 quietly at first and builds louder. Nod off Rod, Sierra Siesta and Ter-rance dance menacingly around the bed like monsters of the night.
When 1:13 of the song starts the dancers lip-sync in time with the music. Sierra rips the duvet off Ida’s bed  before Rod and Ter-rance lift a struggling and kicking Ida off the bed (symbolising dragging her into the nightmare). The bed is removed by Rod and Ter-rance as Sierra attaches the mask to Ida and helps her put the coat on, completing her transformation into a creature of the night.
1:33 – Face routine led by Ter-rance and Ida. Inspiration from (from 0:15)
1:53 – Body routine led by Sierra. Inspiration from (from 1:13)
2:13 – Vogueing routine led by Rod - (This video is actually of Nod off Rod vogeing)
2:33 – The stage separates and Anita descends from a golden staircase as the Empress of Sleep. With a wave of her hand brown, yellow and cream material shoots out from the bottom of her dress (using wires). This material engulfs the stage including covering the ‘monsters’ apart from Ida who Anita embraces. Underneath the  material the group quick change into their sand queen sleep outfits. The background screens change to sandy sleep land (brown, yellows and creams) and the lighting changes to warm glow.
Once the material is all out Anita takes off Ida's mask and leads her back to the bed which is at the back of the stage. Ida gets under the duvet to quick change.
End of the song: The material has transformed the stage into a land of sleep (sand). All of the Haus appear wearing their new outfits. Ida also appears from beneath the duvet just in time for all four to fall asleep in time with the end of the music leaving Anita standing alone in the centre of the stage posing.

Tiana Troll Doll is the overall MOTHER of the House of Dolls! Tiana, just like her name, is a queen! Hence why she’s the founding Mother of this House and leads her children elegantly and gracefully! Tiana hand picked all of her children and has an endearing bond with each of them. Tiana is the Troll Doll of the House because she is not a strict Mother like everyone thinks…Tiana is a goofball and a lot of the time trolls her children to lighten up their spirits!

-Precious Porcelain Doll-

Precious Porcelain Doll is the fascinating FACE RUNWAY of the House of Dolls! Precious gathered her name from simply bringing the joy and being a ray of sunshine! Precious doesn’t have a bad bone in her body which is odd because with those porcelain cheek bones she could do serious damage. Precious has the beauty and the looks mama, she may be a sweet soul but when it comes to serving face she is a beast! Precious Porcelain truly is a staple name in the House of Dolls as she was Tiana first ever child that became well known in the scenes!

Layla Lurish “Layli” Doll brings the astonishing BODY RUNWAY to the House of Dolls! The name Lurish or “Layli” relates to Layla because a Layli is a hinged dancing doll and Layla can bring the heat when it comes to dancing, especially with that big old booty! Layla has an incredible story, losing her biological mother at the age of 10 to growing up with vitiligo and hating her body. But meeting Tiana and the other members of her House, Layla has learnt to love herself and nobody can take that away from her!

Roscoe Rag Doll is the iconic VOGUE RUNWAY child of the House of Dolls! Roscoe is notably the best voguer in the House of Dolls because he is very elegant yet powerful! Roscoe can make voguing look masculine and feminine at the same time. Roscoe’s name Rag Doll came from the rag doll games where the dolls are flung left right and centre because Roscoe can throw his body around like it’s nothing! Roscoe is the only male in this House’s team of 5 but let it be known he can hold his own with the girls, he was made to vogue!

FanFan is the talented RUNWAY WALK child of the House of Dolls! FanFan is the newest and youngest member of the House of Dolls, she’s not as known but Tiana and the other members all saw the talent and charisma that FanFan has and she is more than happy to be debuting on such a big stage! FanFan is deemed the Fashion Doll because well…she brings you the fashunnnnn darling! FanFan is also a dancer however she strives when she’s given a nice long stage to strut her stuff, yes ma’am!

OVERVIEW

The story of this performance is that the House of Dolls children are puppets and Mother Tiana Troll Doll is the puppet master! At first the children are being manipulated by Mother but when they are released out of their boxes, as suggested by the song, they become cunty and pussy and sex and then on another (puppet master) and by the end the children (puppets) become the puppet master taking control and the role of Mother!

My queen. Look at you all grown up. Speaking of growing up. How has your last year as Tengaged’s Next Drag Superstar been?

The last year as tengaged's next drag superstar has been...exhausting! I've been working non-stop, carrying the hosting duties of a crazy all stars series! No seriously, it was a great experience to carry this title for a year and have never been prouder to wear a crown on my head after so long but I'm glad I can take it off now, so I can size up the next one hahaha. It's been an honour and a pleasure to carry this title and wave the flag for drag queens on tengaged and in so proud and pleased to be here today to pass this title to one of my stunning sisters. Remember to use this moment to be bigger, better and badder than before. Share the love, share the respect and pay it forward. I put time and effort into working with and inspiring the old and new generations and I can't wait to see the new crowned queen doing the same.
I have to run now; I'm so overbooked with jobs, I can't hang around long.
Maybe you'll see me standing here again one day, until then, stay fierce 💜

Speaking of thanks… I’d like to thank everyone who came in to make this season such a great experience. Being this the last season ever I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Like… the tea was so hot and that’s all I ever wanted.

First of all, thanks to the judges. I’ve never seen such a passionate group, always there to literally bash me and shame me for my decision. Such a humble bath. But seriously… you’ve been despicable and I hate every one of you but I wouldn’t replace you with anyone.

Then. Thanks LaOddity and Miso for the BO experience. It was a joy to see how much you wanted to give your own opinion and help our queens grow so it means a lot that you managed to take out some of your time for doing this.

And finally. Thanks to our queens. Never in 12 seasons I’ve seen such a big group of mumbling rebellious queens. You seriously put me thru a lot but that’s what this game is all about. You may not realize it… but that only showed me the passion and the dedication you have to your craft. And even if you don’t trust me anymore with your art, I just know the fire is there and you’re ready to conquer, even if not here. Either way, just know I will support you.
