- The game begins with two teams. Each round, the team will appoint a Project Manager to lead the group on the next task. Project Managers will be chosen by general consensus, or majority vote if necessary. Once you've been project manager once, you can't do it again until the next team switch.

- Each team will then complete in a non-live task that will last roughly a day or so that will involve some sort of teamwork element. The winning team is safe from elimination and the winning project manager will win $5,000 for their One-Offs prize money total.

- The losing project manager will automatically face elimination in the "Board Room" and will then select 2 people on their team to drag with them to face the judges. The judges will then select one person to "fire" based on their contributions in the task as well as their overall performance throughout the game up to that point. Teams will be switched a couple of times to re-balance numbers as necessary.

- Rinse and repeat until the finale, when one person will eventually be "Hired" by Vivian and win $250,000 for their One-Offs Prize Money total!

- As a general aside I don't have any strict rules for activity but if you do nothing and don't contribute anything you might just get kicked without warning, so take that into consideration. Also all other general conduct rules that usually apply in my games apply here as well.
