Now, on to the round 1 twist. First off, you’ll each be divided into 3 groups of 5, with a chat being made for each group. These groups were decided based on the order you responded to your cast invitations (so the first 5, the next 5, and then the last 5). In your chats, you’ll have to come to a majority decision (3/5 people must agree) who you want to make the “Power Housemate” of your group for this round -- this person will be safe from the first eviction and be the only person from your group eligible to nominate for the week. You’ll have 24 hours to do this (so you will have to have made a decision by 7 PM EST tomorrow). If you fail to come to a majority consensus, your entire group will face the public vote instead. On Day 2, the 3 “Power Housemates” will then each select ONE person from ANY group to face the public vote, and those 3 housemates will be the Week 1 nominees.
