The "Go" post is what you use as your marker of when you need to post

When that "Go" post hits 5 minutes, you then can post the hangs on message. Anything before doesn't count. You have until the "go" post hits 6 minutes to post, or you fall out of the challenge.

You do that for every 5 minute mark the "Go" post hits (5, then 10 mins, then 15, and so on) until someone wins
