Once someone is voted out they have one final task, to assign the Idol of Suffering to someone still in the game. The person that posses the idol then automatically gains a vote at tribal council.
However, if the holder of the idol of suffering wins immunity or plays a hidden immunity idol they get to give the idol of suffering to someone else, effectively giving them 2 votes.
