Her sentence finished 3 months ago. She doesn't know yet. They think they extended her case.

But if Amy keeps acting like she is,  then she will go right back to jail for an even longer time.  And if they find out you've been allowing this while the other criminals are here,  you could get a sentence.

*walks out of the room

Zach:*watches Klaire walk out
*leans against the wall and slides down

Klaire: *goes out on the porch, processing what just happened*

Amy:*stops throwing up
*rolls onto her stomach

Zach:What were you thinking?
*stands up and sees a folded piece of paper on her desk and starts reading it outloud
"I can't do this anymore. Living. It isnt worth being the family failure. Or needing babysat everyday. Not worth it."

Klaire: *puts her hands over her face

Zach:*drops the paper and walks downstairs

Klaire: *maintains her composure when she hears someone coming down the stairs inside

Zach:*clears throat
She wanted to die

Klaire: *looks at Zach, eyes widen in shock

Zach:I don't know what to do

Klaire: *shakes her head
I... I don't know if there's anything you can do.

Zach:She's alive and well. Should be moving soon.
*sits on the front porch
