Hello everyone, and welcome to the Voting Chamber this season.

Here is how the voting is going to work:

RED AND GRAY TEAMS:

You will be voting for one player to PROTECT and one player to SEND INTO THE GAUNTLET from the team you beat. That means the Red team will be voting people on the Blue team, and the Gray team will be voting for people on the Green team. Note that a player may NOT be protected two times in a row.

FoxyWinters and Christian37 cannot be protected this episode.

Please specify which vote is for which reason, or I won't be able to count your vote.

BLUE AND GREEN TEAMS:

You will be voting to send one of your teammates into the Gauntlet this episode. Any votes for players who have already either been protected or sent into the Gauntlet will be discarded.

As such, if you wish, you MAY specify a back-up vote in case your original vote would get discarded. It is required to send a single vote, but sending a back-up is optional.

The votes will be revealed in this order:
1. Winning team's vote to protect
2. Winning team's vote to send into the gauntlet
3. Losing team's vote to send into the gauntlet

Please note that EVERYONE must send in a vote, regardless of whether you won or lost. Not voting or sending in an invalid vote will result in you getting a penalty vote the next time your team loses the challenge (or this episode if your team is eligible to go into the Gauntlet). Penalty votes last the entire episode, and will count against you in both votes.

Finally, jussy007 has one penalty vote against them for the duration of the season for not completing the initial captain selection list.

countrysavage has now failed to vote in three episodes. As per the rules of the game, failure to vote in three episodes results in EXPULSION from the game.

Alright, so I'll start with the easy one. FoxyWinters, you are in the Gauntlet this episode.

Green team, you have failed to come up with a consensus, namely, none of you were able to successfully cast a vote this episode (all votes and back-up votes were either for jussy007 or christian37).

Initially, our tiebreaker is to use the vote of the player already in the gauntlet, in this case Christian37. However, his vote was also cancelled, so we can't use that.

As such, in the spirit of the rules, Christian37 will be able to CHOOSE his opponent out of whoever is remaining on the Green team. The reasoning for this is that if Christian37 had specified a back-up vote, then it would have been impossible for this situation to occur (which is why they are important people! Make sure to send your back-up vote!)

I will admit I am not using Rules as Written here, but Rules as Intended, so please bear with me.

Christian37, please post your decision on who from the Green team you would like to go against in the Gauntlet here. That player will join you in the Gauntlet.

I will get Gauntlet rules posted as soon as I have that decision. If no decision is made by 8 PM EST on Friday, July 13th, then there will be no Gauntlet and Christian37 will automatically be eliminated.
