The rules of Bennett's Survivor state that in the event of a tie, if one of the tied castaways failed to vote, then he or she will be automatically voted out without need for tiebreaker. Tonight's vote is an example of that rule playing out.

Well, it seems that tonight's vote is a prime example that things are never quite so cut and dry in the game of Survivor. Anything can happen in this game, no matter how unlikely it may seem. Don't count yourself out until your torch is snuffed.
