Free from the threat of eviction, the HOH, or co-HOHs, must nominate two houseguests for the chopping block.

This Head of Household competition is called “Hang Tough”, and here’s how it works.

In this endurance challenge, the houseguests must simply hold onto their rope for as long as they can.

I will start the competition by posting "GO”.

Then, at select random intervals, either myself, or my co-hosts Nick and Wyatt, will say *knocks balance*.

When that is posted houseguests must state *hangs onto rope*, within 1 MINUTE of the host’s post, without spelling errors, to stay on their rope and in the competition.

Any houseguest who fails to post within 1 minute of each host’s post is eliminated.

The last houseguest standing becomes the first Head of Household of the season.
