STAGE 3 Rules:
I can now reveal Stage 3 will follow the general format of RSF Season 33: Redneck Island and RSF Season 44: Redneck Island 2 with one key alteration.
The way it will work is all pairs will compete in a challenge. The pair that does the worst and finishes in last place will AUTOMATICALLY face the next Elimination and will have 10% of their Leaderboard points deducted from their total. The pair that does the best and wins the challenge earns safety from Elimination, earns 75 Leaderboard points each as well as POWER. They will earn the power to choose ANY OTHER PAIR to send into the Elimination to join the last place pair.
The winning pair MUST AGREE on their decision. If they do not agree then their Leaderboard points will be cut in HALF, they will LOSE their safety and be thrown into Elimination along with the last place pair.
Once both pairs in Elimination are known the pairs will dissolve and we will have individual eliminations with a wrinkle thrown in. When all 4 players are known, the Elimination will be planned, if LIVE they will start discussing when and if NON-LIVE then it will not begin until we determine the match-ups. To determine the match-ups we will hold a Secret Auction where each individual in elimination can bid their Leaderboard points to earn the power to choose their opponent from the remaining 3. Whoever bids the highest number of points will LOSE those points but will be able to choose any of the other 3 people to participate against in the Elimination, including their former partner. The trick is that the results of the Auction will not be revealed until it is time for the Elimination to start (LIVE) or begin (NON-LIVE) so you will not know your opponent until it is time to play. Only the player who bids the highest amount will lose the Leaderboard points. In the event of a tie, whichever players of those tied for the highest bid started with the LEAST points before the auction will win the tiebreaker.
All 4 will then participate in the Elimination in their designated match-ups. The player who wins earns 40 bonus Leaderboard points, stays in the game and steals half the Leaderboard points of the person they beat. The loser will be eliminated and must give away half of their Leaderboard points to any player(s) they wish. The 2 people who win the Elimination will either remain a pair or become a new pair to continue on in Stage 3.
Stage 3 will last for a predetermined, yet unknown to you, number of rounds.
