Both eliminated players have chosen to help the same person thus that person has the power.

I can now reveal the next challenge is a PAIRS challenge.

Thus, Lalisa must decide ALL PAIRS for the challenge, including his own.

They must do so ASAP.  Once they do this the challenge will begin and you will have at least 18 hours for the challenge.  If the schedule is adjusted it would simply cut into time the winners have to make their vote with elimination still occurring on Wednesday.
