I have decided to coach Michael, because while he probably doesn't need a lot of coaching, I think he'd make a great addition to my team in challenges and overall performance that could increase my chances of winning this season. He's an old-school player, I'm happy he's back, and hopefully he can represent my team and show these new kids who's boss. I expect great things from him.

With that said, Round 1 is over with each team having a member. It is now time for the 2nd Round, the Group's Choice.
The way it will work is that the 21 players with no team will be the only ones to participate. Each individual will vote for 5 people (not themselves) they believe deserve to stay in the competition. You may vote whoever you wish of the 21 players with no team. You can vote for weaker competitors in the hopes you survive and have weaker competition or you can vote for stronger competitors in the hopes you are on a team together and that could help you make it far in the game.
The way it will work is each of you will vote the 5 people in order of 1 to 5 with 1 being who you believe most deserves to stay in the game. The player ranked 1 on any list will earn 5 points, 2nd will earn 4 points, 3rd earns 3 points, 4th earns 2 points and 5th earns 1 point. The 5 players with the most points will survive the 1st elimination and join a team. If there is a tie in points then whoever was ranked 1st the most number of times wins the tiebreaker and so on down the list.
IN ADDITION, for each person on the list you assign a Cadre to each of the 5 names on your list. So your list will have 5 players matched with 5 Cadres such as:
1. Player - Cadre
2. Player - Cadre
3. Player - Cadre
4. Player - Cadre
5. Player - Cadre
When the 5 players are decided, the player with the most points will count their votes for assigned Cadres by other players with the same point distribution meaning if the player was assigned a Cadre as number 1 they receive 5 points towards that person being their Cadre and joining that time. That process continues until each of the 5 are assigned 1 of the Cadres.
Players will have until TOMORROW (Tuesday) at 11 pm est to send me their votes. If they do not vote they will be INELIGIBLE to join a team in Round 2.
Hi guys, looking forward to being on Ethan's team (along with putting all of the inferno drama behind us) and the new non-live format. It's good to know there were multiple cadres who wanted me on their team.
